Can you adjust the layout so that we can see the choices along with the voting results?
Unfortunately, not. It's still a "beta" feature to the Blogger software.
But if you hold your cursor above the (partially legible) choice, it will display the entire question in a small yellow box.
FYI, Firefox displays only the first couple of words of each answer, and the bar graph to show the response. IE7 shows a scrollable box which allows you to look at the full text of each choice, I just noticed this.
